Terms and Conditions

Minimum of 8 people per booking (birthday parties only) except the big bash which has a minimum of 20 guests.
Maximum of 42 people per Megazone laser game, other plays may be booked into the same session as your booking. (Not applicable to “Exclusive Use” bookings)

Customers are advised to read & check all booking confirmations. We accept no responsibility for alterations. A confirmation constitutes your agreement.
Party date and times cannot be changed after a payment has been paid, unless a written request to change you booking has been made and agreed by us and a new confirmation is obtained.
All payments are non-refundable (but may exceptionally be transferred at the managers’ discretion).
Parties are not exclusive. Therefore other children and other parties could be present during your visit. (Not applicable to “Exclusive Use” bookings)

We only accept payment by cash or credit/debit card
